    Indeed interesting games including
Serbia- Danemark, England -Wales, Slovenia - Germany, Bosnia -Sweden, Scotland - Northern Ireland, Portugal - Netherlands and Greece - Belgium.

Maybe a couple of upsets today.

If anybody could have a video streaming link for Slovenia-Germany or England-Wales, that would be great ;)

Probably. 4:0 after 20 minutes and even Krahn scored...

Edit: 5:0, every attack produces extremely dangerous goal scoring opportunities. Slovenia don't appear to be stronger than Kazakhstan.

I saw Bosnia against Scotland and despite losing by many goals I liked the team . They don't have talented players but they are well organised (defensively) and give all of themselves , I see no Jakobsson and Fors but 36 y.o Sjogran in Sweden team ...Pia definitely don't love the youth...:cautious:....we all know what is saying about not so young women who hate the youngs ones....:whistling:

Well, Slovenia plays way too offensive. Did they play like that against England during the EURO 2013 qualifying?

Bulgaria (future France's opponent in November) and Kazakhstan drew 1-1 and Sweden won in Bosnia 1-0 only.
    Germany leads 7-0 at H-T...

I don't know, I think 42 teams in the main qualifying round is still too much.

I think 24 teams and 4 groups of 6 teams (top two of each group qualify) would have been better.

    Look at these possible groups:

    Germany - Denmark - Netherlands - Poland - Belgium - Serbia

    France - Italy - Finland - Switzerland - Austria - Romania

    Sweden - Iceland - Spain - Ukraine - Czech Republic - Hungary

England - Norway - Russia - Scotland - Republic of Ireland - Belarus

Now it resembles an actual competition, doesn't it?

The problem is, that the preliminary qualifying would be really big and teams like Belgium etc had to take part in it. So, maybe it's not a good solution as well.

    Norway v Albania 7-0

    Goals:
    Marit Fiane Grødum 11
    Elise Thorsnes 28
    Maren Mjelde 45
    Caroline G. Hansen 51, 69, 73
    Solveig Gulbrandsen 62

A very easy win for Norway at Sarpsborg stadium on a windy afternoon. Should have been double figures. Gulbrandsen scored her 50th goal for Norway and Hansen scored her first hat-trick. Now we look forward to the toughest fixture in the group, away to the Netherlands on Wednesday.

Sweden needed a PK to win in Bosnia (scored by Schelin) 1-0...

The Netherlands won in Portugal 7-0.

For real. What's up with that result? Was Sweden without their full squad?

I think that on that day (Euro SF) this lovely She-Devil was exorcised out of the Mannschaft's body, and that Germany became Germany again... :p

Very good attacking football by England. Wales a little chance of getting anything from the game but that got erased when the 2 main players Harding and Fishlock got injured early in the first half.

    Results :
    Macedonia - Czech Republich :1-3
    Belarus - Montenegro :3-1
    Bosnia -Sweden :0-1
    Croatia - Slovakia :0-1
    Bulgaria - Kazakhstan :1-1
    Serbia - Denmark :1-1
    Greece - Belgium :1-7
    Slovenia -Germany :0-13
    England -Wales :2-0
    Norway -Albania :7-0
    Portugal -Netherlands :0-7
    Hungary -Austria :0-3
    Scotland -N.Ireland :2-0

Some interesting result , Germany thirteen goals away , Sweden beat Bosnia by only one goal , the draw between Denmark and Serbia . However , the game which has to be discussed is the victory of Netherlands in Portugal because a new star of european football is born .
17 years old forward Vivianne Miedema entered at minute 75 and in the remaining 15 scored three times!! This season afetr 6 games with her club (Heereveen in the Bene league) she already scored 13 goals .
There is no doubt a star is born .
