Yep, my only remaining exchange dates are June 4 (RSL), August 9 (TFC), and Sept 7 (Chivas) First two were opening day and last week.
So what do you do when my Nephew didn't want to go and I bought a Youth ticket but a friend who is an Adult can go to the game? I am not wasting a ticket.
In previous years you could go to the box office and pay the difference to convert the ticket to an adult ticket (although the upgrade fee changed game-by-game for our group). I assume the option is available this year, too.
So what game is Special Game "A" now? Are we holding out hope for a friendly? They announced the Urso game, but if I understand it correctly, that is a "gated" game so it qualifies under the CBA which means a friendly would cost more money to pay the players extra fees? Am I understanding that correctly?
We will likely get a friendly in the summer when European teams start making plans for U.S. Offseason tours. Usually gets announced sometime around June. The charity games have never been a special game that I can remember.

We will never get the likes of Man City to come here. I'll wait to see what West Brom is doing this summer.
Yeah but we have to wait until their season is over for the mid table clubs to announce their plans, the big teams always plan these tours farther in advance.
There was talk that we were going to get a big Bundesliga team. From what I have heard, it was supposed to be Borussia Dortmund. But they turned us down. I am hearing rumbles now about a team mired in the middle of the Prem.
I got an email announcing a presale for the Urso game. It struck me as weird that we would be selling pre-sale tickets. When I say "Gated", I guess I mean that it's an actual reserved seat game. All the Connor Senn games were General Admission, and I think the Urso game last year was also GA. Granted, all those were not at Crew Stadium. It all just seems very different than years past, and I was wondering if they intended on using "Special Game A" tickets for this game. My emails says the presale starts today at 10:00am. http://www.thecrew.com/news/2014/04...rk-urso-memorial-match-crew-stadium-august-19
Arsenal win a trophy..... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Mid table EPL team? I am guessing West Bromwich Albion seems about right. Or Sunderland. Both will bring their millions of supporters to Columbus Crew Stadium!
