So anyone else still not receiving any sort of emails as a season ticket holder?

 

I haven't in quite awhile..last thing I got was from my new ticket rep introducing himself a couple weeks ago..

 

I have yet to receive a single email this season. Nothing about benefits, nothing about the jersey unveiling, and usually there are pregame emails that come during the week for home games.

Not extremely happy with the treatment from the club at this point. Just received my tickets last week, and the season "rewards" in there are pretty meh as well.

 

you check your spam folders? call them up, maybe they have the wrong email address?

 

Yeah, nothing in spam, and I have contacted my rep a few times. Both time was told I should be getting emails and they would fix it.

 

yeah like I said it's been a couple of weeks since I have gotten anything...but you are right the week of a home game they usually send out an email hyping the game and what deals will be going on the day of the game...

 

Yeah, something is up. I've had tickets for years and never had a problem there's no reason I shouldn't be in the system.

Good question. Maybe I'm not allowed to receive email communication per the TWC contract.

 

Serious answer. How do you check your email? You have probably already done this, but for example in gmail I just do a search on all folders to make sure that it is not being dropped somewhere unexpected.

 

Yeah, I did a search and the only thing I've had from them in the month of March is from the 7th, the email about the viewing party.

I assume that was a mass email to everyone on the list regardless of whether they are ticket holders.

 

I did not get the goosing email NUFC Fan mentioned above. Assuming that is a season ticket email, I wonder if it has anything to do with the ST bucket you opted for? I went for family.

 

I did not get an email asking me to opt for anything, or describing any sort of benefits. So that's cool.

Yup.

I just got an email from the rep, apparently going to be sent the membership benefits email now, I should have received that one.

The only other emails they've sent according to her is the viewing party email and the jersey launch one. The Goose Island tailgate thing mentioned above is a Premier Seating benefit only.

So no pregame emails sent yet.
