I wouldn't rank him that high (yet). Just off the top of my head, El Pibe, Casey, Pablo, Balboa, Pickens, Cannon, etc.
Moor isn't flawless by any stretch and I will call him out sooner than others but last year I had a good long look at his performances. I watched him like a hawk. No doubt he had some mistakes. No doubts his positioning at times was suspect. What I noticed and what I continue to notice is that he often compensates for and cleans up the messes of others --- Wynne and O'Neill. Almost to a point where he's doing too much -- if that makes sense. I think Moor is an above average CB in MLS. Nothing more. Nothing less. He's earned his pay and quite frankly an argument could be made that he's underpaid.

Valderama, Pablo are above him IMO. I'd rather have Sanchez over Casey any day. Balboa and Sanchez round out my top 4 and I don't know which order. Spencer was also pretty fun to watch and I have memories of him dominating games here or there so he might warrant some consideration as well. I'd put Spencer over Casey too. I wasn't thinking about keepers, but you may have a point there.
Between 2008 and his injury in 2011 Casey was the second most prolific scorer in the league, behind only a guy named Landon Donovan. No other Rapid has ever come close to being that good relative to the rest of the league for that long (while wearing a Rapids shirt).
"No, we are much more detail oriented around here than that." said Rapids Head Coach Plabo Maestroghetti.
