I anticipate some problems keeping up over the season, but at least I can start, right? Portland 2 Houston o KCFC 3 Sky Blue 1 WNY 2 Spirit 2 Seattle 3 Boston 1
Exactly! And there are 108 total games this season, so missing a week here and there won't be too detrimental (nor would falling behind early).
Welp, NJ decided to laugh at just about all of us. Or, rather, KC let the joke get played on them. =-/ As a group, we earned a whopping four points from that match.
Derp, yup. For some reason I was thinking just the GD had been matched.... @_@ Still, poor showing for the group as a whole.
Alright! Hopefully I don't have any more derps, but here's the report for this week. Six perfect game predictions: @Tokonta for POR1-0HOU, @ERIMUS and @WPS_Movement for NJ1-1KC, no-one for WNY3-1DC, and @FCKCEvans , @ForeverLOST108 , and @holden for BOS0-3SEA The biggest "surprise" result of the week was WNY3-1DC, which only garnered 6 total points, NJ1-1KC not far behind with only 8. POR1-0HOU totaled 19 points, and BOS0-3SEA 24. This week's results: 8pts - ERIMUS (who was the only person to get at least one point from each game!) 6pts - FCKCEvans, ForeverLOST108, holden 5pts - Tokonta 4pts - amerinorsk59, CoachJon, WPS_Movement 2pts - Blaze20, BlueCrimson, fire123, liesse00, mamalia, StarCityFan 1pt -- SiberianThunderT, welibit 0pts - babranski If you're low on the "ladder" this week, don't fret! Last year, among the people who played essentially the entire season, someone who had 13pts after Week 3 still finished 17pts below someone who had just 3pts after Week 3. That's a 27pt difference over the course of the season! And I'm sure if we had more people predict the whole season, there's the possibility for a bigger shift. Heck, this season has 20 more total games, so there's definitely the possibility for a bigger shift. So there's always room to catch up. =-)
I honestly thought there would be more chaos this week. Almost everything went normal. We still got some chaos over the Portland vs. Houston match. Which was the match of the weekend.
