No. Nothing. Nada. I don't think Traffic USA really cares much either. Not one single ad on TV or radio for this weeks game .......so far. Now I can't listen to every station, but usually commercials and radio ads are so rare that when one hears or sees it, people usually post or tweet about it. Sad.

The season is starting very well. After all these years of following lower division soccer, it's really nice to see things turn around so nicely. This weekend, the Minnesota home opener, Fort Lauderdale, Ottawa, Tampa Bay, and the Cosmos. Sure hope my numbers line up with everyone else's.
Not an official NASL game. It was the first leg of the Canadian Championship play-in, where the winner ends up likely being sacrificed to Montreal.
Ottawa 4-0 over Carolina. I imagine the weather is cold as I am watching the Impact vs Union game. Fury game also are now on RogersTV Ottawa.
Bad weather -rain today, and 3 home games in the space of a week taking its toll on attendance in Ottawa. At least the ones there got to witness Ottawa's first NASL win with the Brazilian Oliver's hat trick and the destruction of Carolina Railhawks 4-0.
Yeah, not too many braving the rain in Montreal either. Minnesota's weather is supposed to be bad today as well with rain in the forecast, sure to effect their home opener at NSC Stadium.
But "the brand" will pack them in, don't'cha see. 25k? No problem. What they need to think about is how big to build their trophy case when they win Spring and Fall plates, the Soccer Bowl, the Dewar Cup, the CCL...thingy, and the FIFA Club World Cup. The sky in my world is lavender, what is yours? Ok, all joking aside, I agree they need to look at their stadium in phases. Also, in all fairness to the Cosmos, it was chilly and showers all over the area. While not as bad as our Canadian friends, I'm sure it chased away people.

Lots of that going around today with the bad weather, MLS's Montreal Impact announced over 19000 for todays game and it was nowhere near that either. Minnesota's 5200 plus was strong considering the cold and the forecast there, Ft Lauderdale was there usual self, increased only a bit for $1 beer night.
