In my opinion he's a little lazy, and only an average finisher at best. I'd say "pass." Cyle Larin is the player I'd want from UConn but he's only a freshman and is a fringe GA player.

I've seen the UCLA guys a couple of times. I like both Chavez and Munoz, but ... at least from what I've seen, nothing too special.

Actually Big Mamma was made obsolete his last game in Foxboro by Nick D. our current fitness coach and trainer. Shut him down like turning off a light. I think t was Nicks one instance of first team glory.

I understand we owned him for a short time. I'm talking about a game he played against the Revs where he was shut down cold by our very own training coach

He was shutdown cold long before that, there's a reason why he was traded.

IIRC the game I'm talking about he was still a handful that was scoring a lot of goals.
FWIW,I think the reason we got rid of him was he was mentally off the rails ;)

Also, Diallo's contract gave him huge incentives based on nothing but goals. As a result, he pretty much refused to pass to his teammates if he was within 30 yards of goal.

Good stuff! But he wasn't "traded" to NE, we got him in the dispersal draft when TB and Miami folded.

Yeah, but to be fair... we also got Brian Kamler and Daniel Hernandez out of the deal, although I hated giving up Chrono and Andy Williams.

I remember at the time, thinking I would have taken Serna over Diallo, but it turned out that neither one did very much for us. Jim Rooney was serviceable and Ralston was great, but league MVP Alex Pineda Chacon was a total bust. The most use we got from him was trading him to LA for a backup keeper named Matt Reis.

I liked Kamler, nothing flashy but steady. May have sent the best ball in from the left that Revs forward have ever seen. Don't think we have had that service since

    Kamler was the Anti-Khano.

Nice that the Revs have been around long enough that some of us early year fans base has some good memory stuff to chat about

Wouldn't be disappointed if Leo Stolz is named as a GA soon. The junior from UCLA was just named as a First-Team All American, and is a Hermann Award finalist.

Fun stuff but painful when your record was good enough to put you down near the bottom of the pecking order ;)

So I hear that the draft is 4 rounds this year and no supplemental draft.. Does that mean we have 5 total picks (since we have SKC's in the first round)?

    First round pick #12.
    First round pick #19
    Second round pick #31.
    Third round pick #50.
As long as there's no supplemental draft, our fourth round pick was traded to DC. If there is a supplemental draft, we get to keep the fourth round pick, it's #69. We have traded away our final pick in the draft, that's why it depends on whether or not there's a supplemental draft.
