Sporting KC has never lost to a team from England. Busy stretch for KC, but a good friendly none the less.
I have repurposed this thread to be for all MLS In-Season International friendlies. The guys over in the Sporting forum are discussing how they have never lost to a team from Manchester let alone England. Showoffs , and I see Mt. Mike has beat me to that particular punch.
In keeping with the the theme we now have going, Seattle will be hosting Tottenham on Saturday July 19th.

While I've sort of grown tired of these, I think they serve a nice purpose in terms of recruiting / planting seeds among European based players. They get to come here and see facilities, teams, and the country first hand. You can dig up tons of quotes of players who come away impressed with the facilities, etc.
Yeah I don't mind a team playing one or two of these against relatively top drawer competition (i.e. not Norwich), but a bit more than that is excessive. Anyone have the data on the total number/by team international friendlies played last year?
After a quick look at the schedule, during the 2013 regular season, international friendlies by team: 0 games: Montreal, New England, Salt Lake, Seattle, Kansas City, Vancouver 1 game: Chicago, Chivas USA, Colorado, Columbus, DC United, Dallas, Houston, New York, Philadelphia, San Jose, Toronto 2 games: Portland 3 games: LA Galaxy Corrections are welcome if anyone has other information. There were a few more in the 2013 preseason but I didn't count those.
Manchester United vs Galaxy July 23rd Rose Bowl. Wonder how this will do at the gate considering United's struggles. Is Chicharito still a draw?

Don't players usually get a break after the World Cup? Is it safe to assume that players on World Cup rosters won't be on these tours? (That + the price factored into my decision to skip the Roma-ManUnited friendly.)
http://articles.orlandosentinel.com..._1_orlando-city-sc-kevin-molino-corey-hertzog AS Roma 1 - Orlando City 0 5,029 attendance
My guess is Portland, LA, and Seattle won't be playing any friendlies this year, their coaches don't like games during the break. Never mind.
Rangers play Ventura County Fusion at Ventura College Sportsplex in California at 7pm on 15 July then Sacramento Republic FC at Bonney Field, Sacramento at 7.30pm on 19 July.
Not necessarily an MLS friendly, but the San Diego Clasico is back July 12 for a doubleheader at Petco Park. 5pm PDT is America v Dorados, and 8 pm is Tijuana v Cruz Azul.
