Parsemain is out for the season with an ACL tear and Damian Lowe out for at least six games with hip surgery.. This seems to have revealed a new MLS rule about DL injuries as the Sounders are saying it opens up 2 rosters spots and 2 international spots. I don't believe the international spots were opened up previously (but I could be wrong).

Yea ILing a International player did open a int spot before so its nothing news.
