I am not sure why we are not training in Zenica. I think we should. From what I red online is that our players like to "hang out" in Sarajevo instead. It makes sense. In Sarajevo there is more stuff to do and more to see after the training sessions. But then again, I feel that any preparation for any competitive game should be more like a boot camp experience. If i were the coach i would just take them to Zenica if they like it or not. After all, they are not going to Bosnia to have fun and just kick it. I feel that the training and the players should be isolated from outside stimulus. They should just focus on the training and on working on themselves. At the same time, the good part of Sarajevo is that our players will hopefully have more opportunities to hang together and bond more. It might be good for the team chemistry. But then again.. from what i have seen from our players, it might turn into a Sarajevo party trip or something.
This is one of the rare situations where I have the utmost of trust in Susic. Namely because he was a player, and he knows at least 100 times better than all of us what the players need right before they get to the World Cup and what they should be doing to have the best mentality going in.
No idea. He seems to like Vrsajevic a bit too much. The guy can run fairly well unfortunately can't defend for shit.
I hear Besic can also play RB. That wouldn't be a bad option either but we still need a CDM if Besic doesn't play in midfield
We really need a destroyer through the middle so i don't think we can put Besic anywhere else. Vranjes is the only one that makes sense.
Bwuahahaha, that was hilarious. I hope Miske doesn't ********ing start being a baby about this. Last thing we need.
Supposedly the leaked call up sheet for Argentina Goalkeepers: Sergio Romero , Mariano Andujar , Agustín Orion . Defenders: Ezequiel Garay , Federico Fernandez , Pablo Zabaleta , Marcos Rojo , José María Basanta , Hugo Campagnaro , Nicolás Otamendi . Midfielders: Fernando Gago , Lucas Biglia , Javier Mascherano , Ever Banega , Angel Di Maria , Maximiliano Rodriguez , Ricardo Alvarez. Forwards: Sergio Aguero, Lionel Messi, Gonzalo Higuain, Ezequiel Lavezzi, Rodrigo Palacio.
******** dat noise, I just want us to show up against Nigeria & Iran. That's it. Let the football gods do the rest against Argentina. As long as we progress, it's been a success. On the same note, we have the quality to play against them. I won't forget those two extremely close chances we had that could have turned the game.
Yeah they have a great team but let's not shit ourselves. On our day we can play and win against anyone.
How many of our players do you think can crack their national squad? Dzeko? Maybe if they need a target man type Pjanic? Good chance he can crack that squad Begovic? He would start for sure Spahic? Maybe for depth purposes Lulic? Could be useful for them in a utility bench role Kolasinac? Possibly The rest of our team wouldn't be anywhere near Argentina NT radar lol
Their defense is their weakness but their defense shits on ours lmao. Every single one of their starters would probably start for us and most would be the best defender on our team.
Kola would be starting at the World Cup for Germany this summer if he didn't switch teams, just think about the coup we pulled off. If he had played for Germany he'd at least make the quarter finals, his transfer value would jump to €25 million and teams like Arsenal and Chelsea would be lining up huge bids instead of the 7 million United offered.
theyre defense is better than ours however that doesnt mean they can hold our offense, we will most certainly score on them if we take our chances , also their midfield ( defensively) does not scare me at all
