This field is in terrible shape. Kind of embarassing to have a big final on such a bad playing surface. It really seems to have a negative effect on the game as well.

Time Warner in So Cal is showing the semi-final against Fluminense. What the hell? Is there a stream?

#23 (Allen?) out with a hammy. In comes Pfeffer 33 min.

One of the CBs (#3) looks pretty bad sufferning from the tackle that should have been a red.

Allen out might be a blessing in disguise because he was not having a good game at all. Him and Dainkeh on the same side was a liability. 1st time seeing Dainkeh for an extended time. He just does not look good enough to even be considered. Expect John Req. to be subbed in at half.

Our 2 def. mids along with our #10 player is getting outplayed in the mid field which is why we cant take a hold of the game.

I agree. How many subs do they get? They've already used two.

precisely. too slow and indecisive so getting overrun by argy pressure. need to pick it up somehow in cm or will be tough to build any sort of possession/attack

The 1-0 score line is not indicative of how badly we were outplayed. How did we beat this team before? Their midfielders are dancing by our players like they're cones. Our offense consists of sending a long ball up the right side (to Rubin?) and then hoping and praying that a cross gets to one of our players. Overall, a pathetic display. Let's see if there's even a light on in the 2nd half.

it was a blown offsides call that kept us ahead for the victory actually. shouldve tied 3-3. i think carp have some new players here that i havent noticed before, and we dont have all of the same players we had. the skc kid who juventus tried to sign is suspended and kellyn acosta was called back to fcd first team i think.

We need to put in Acosta, oh wait, or Arriola or Delgado. Its really tough when 3 of your players get sent home or not sent in the first place. You're right though this ain't pretty.

I feel bad for Gooch. He plays as a forward or AM for his club team. Now he is playing more like a DM. Doesn't seem like a natural fit for him.

With his skill set I think he struggles at this type of level no matter the position.
