I am not sure when Afghanistan can send a team. AFC invited Afghanistan to send a team for the last 3 years, but AFF has not responded.
Draws normally done around this time (early March to mid March). I'm sure news will start filtering through.

Group of Death is Group B. Tough draw for that group which includes debutantes North Korea and perennial powers Turkmenistan(many of its national team players are on that club). My guess is the champion will come from this group.
Ah, so we have a SAFF Club Championship taking part in Group A!!! SAFF want their own club championship, but their champions are all in Group A, makes interesting regional derbies for the qualifiers. I'm intrigued to see how the Sri Lankan team will do on home soil. With regards to Group C, this appears extremely poor. What this in effect will do is make one poor team enter the final stage where at this stage the number of goals scored will really count against them. Looking forward to Group A, not too sure about Group B, i guess Tatung will struggle.
this year FC HTTU is very weaker side. Most players and technical staff of HTTU joined to Altyn Asyr FC . I won't be surprised if HTTU can't qualify from group..
Thanks for the info Galtaman. The North Korean team is still going to be the favorite and is going to be tough for everyone.
Ceres Fc got 12 foreigners in squad but can only list two foreigners in the squad for AFC President's Cup
Erchim 0-0 Manang Erchim from Mongolia and Manang from Nepal qualified for finals. http://www.the-afc.com/en/tournamen...t’s-cup-fc-erchim-0-0-manang-marshyangdi.html
Apparently Philippine club Ceres FC managed a 2-2 draw in its first game against N Korean club Rimyongsu.
