A really fine player, too bad there's enough time for him to put himself on Zucchero 's radar.

 

Seems like he's got promoted to 1. Bundesliga! Surely he's the biggest winner of this season among JPA after Honda.

 

Watched him today and he looks to be very good. From a German POV it is quite astonishing how many quality players you Japanese have produced in recent years. Keep them coming.

Hope Nagasawa can handle the beer tonight.

Wasn't there rumors of Koln wanting Yamaguchi earlier? He can go over and form a midfield pairing with Nagasawa.

Imo, He looks more like 40 than 22 lol.

 

Nice assist to Ujah sets up the first goal against St Pauli. Quick delivery into the box.

 

Good game overall for Nagasawa. Was involved in the 2nd goal sending a thru ball to Risse who then had a deflection off a defender for an own goal. He has fine vision and control to find and deliver the forward passing lanes. Also drew the corner kick who resulted in 4th goal. Showed nice movement as well, with several swift agile runs along the wing to create some other chances.
