You can if Hack calls you three times and you call a ticket rep and by an opening day ticket +22 more games for $30 to $50 + another $500 to $1,500 more.
Is there a date for the full schedule release? Will MLS be playing during the weeks when there are WCQs?
no date announced, but last year was jan 4 or 5 i think to your second question, we know there is a WCQ on 3-22 and the Revs have their home opener on 3-23
For the 2012 season, "MLS initially did not schedule any games on FIFA fixture dates, but the league afforded the option, only by mutual club consent, of moving a game to one of those dates when other scheduling conflicts could not be resolved. Thus a small number of games do occur on select FIFA fixture dates." http://www.mlssoccer.com/news/artic...eals-2012-schedule-including-mls-cup-december
Union Ticket Rep sent out an email over the Holiday period stating that they hope to have the full schedule released within the first or second full week of January.
I wish they would hurry the hell up and release it already. I can't make my vacation plans until the schedule is released.
Both. I don't want to miss any home games, plus the wife and I make one road trip every year. I'd like this year to be Chicago.
Both PPL Park home openers (Vancouver in 2011, and Colorado in 2012) have started at 4 pm. The opener against DCU at Lincoln Financial Field was at 6 pm. Considering the time of year, I would figure they would want to play in as much sunlight as possible, so I would figure on a 4 pm start again.
I spoke with my season ticket rep this morning. Just a side note, it's Greg Imming, I highly recommend him if you don't have a season ticket account and are considering signing up for one. He told me that tentatively the league will release the schedule tomorrow at Noon. Here is what he said in his e-mail: The schedule is tentatively set to be released by the league at 12noon tomorrow. We know the Home Opener is Saturday March 2nd vs. Sporting KC, but tomorrow we should know when the remaining 16 home games will be (regular season). Since the ST Plan is a 20 game package, the 3 other games are still TBD (most likely an international friendly or two and maybe some US Open Cup Game(s).
Greg's been my rep for two years now and I agree, he's pretty good. I appreciate that when he doesn't know the answer to a question, he says so and gets back to me.
Greg is the reason I started a thread about Union employees. For some reason I got double billed for a parking pass and he had it removed in a day or two. Always nice to talk to, always quick to respond to emails. Only surprise I had was he didn't come by last season like he did the year before but that isn't a negative.
Chicago Daily Herald accidentally posted Fire schedule tonight. Union will play the Fire (A) Sat. May 11 (NBC SN), (H) Sat. May 18 and (H) Sat. Aug. 3. (So that's PPL on May 18 and Aug. 3 to avoid confusion). MLS All Star game leaked on Ticketmaster: Jul. 31 @ Livestrong (SKC)
ah, the old home and home series. usually lots of fights in the second game. glad that ones at home. wait this is the revised nhl schedule right?
The Union refuse to wait for the second game to be embroiled in fights. This year, their goal is 34 shoving matches in 34 games. I think they can pull it off.
