Has anyone asked the players if there's something they want to hear? The whole music thing is so subjective--I'm pretty sure the folks in Section 35 would prefer something a bit different than those hooligans in Section 19. I'd opt for any of the noisier selections from Joe Satriani, but my taste gets called into question pretty regularly.

Honestly, if I could pick any song to have played in the stadium, it'd be the Johnny Cash version of "God's Gonna Cut You Down." Great beat, easy lyrics, could stomp/clap Queen style, plus the religious theme would be a nice response to the "hurr hurr Mormons hurr" tired-ass "trash talking" we get from every other team's fans.

Anyone else have the issue that once you hear the final countdown during the day, no matter the situation, it's stuck in your head for at least 24 hours? It is the only negative thing I can say about Arrested Development

I wouldn't say it's negative. I usually wind up thinking about how great of a show that was. I think I like that song more because of it.
Here's a song I heard on one of the highlight clips from one of the threads here, but I think could be a great choice for the RioT team intro. Artist & song names are appropriate too...
