I would love to get Diego Aguirre (uruguayan coach) who wanted yo coach el slaavdor 3 years back though it might be hard to lure him away from the qatar club Al-Rayyan.

Wasn't he sacked from T&T national team?

Probably a missed chance since he's with Al-Rayyan he might be worth more now and I doubt the El Salvador federation have the money to pay what he's worth now.

Can anyone post a video of the Players entering and standing for the national anthem for the game vs Haiti. My son was a player escort for the game and he got the opportunity and honor to escort la selcta to the field. He even talked to the players in the tunnel and told them his dream was to play for la selcta one day LOL. Players were really nice and encouraged him to follow his dream. If some one can give me a link to any videos posted I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks

Well there won't be any games any time soon and we are a supporters who support win or loose. Thanks bro!

I would like to start more chapters in the United States. Once the next gold cup or friendly come around it will be easy to get instruments approve and cheaper tickets as well. I will mentor with chants, shirts, and information on how to make your chapter work. Find us and message us on our Facebook if interested.

Hahaha I was thinking before the Gold Cup that they should hire Gerardo Martino I really wasn't expecting to have that level of exposure. How much does La Selecta have to play with $400-700k?

18-24k a month? that should still get a sound South American coach from the Paraguayan or Chilean League. Maybe not Beilsa or Martino but a solid coach.

The only Coaches abroad who would come are those trying to get a better deal somewhere else, and who would only use our country for the exposure- as a spring board to get to some team more lucrative. We need a coach who will be there consistently to develop, and I don't see any body from abroad being persuaded by a third world country just to bring us some W's. The only positive thing is that of FESA, who have and had personnel and coaches being trained abroad by UEFA clubs.

Some one menti0n Paco Maturana as a possible head coach. I might suggest we speak to Hernan Dario Gomez. He is currently coaching Independiente Medellin and was the head coach for Guatemala.

I have to believe that our current national team squad is much better then what de coach during his time in Guatemala. He also has experience coaching Colombia and Ecuador in World Cup qualifying and tournaments. He may be interested in the long haul.

My other suggestion and this is crazy.....Tab Ramos with Hugo Perez.

How good was it to watch la selecta play without having to look for links online lol. Only got to see one game live though that was the Honduras game, all the others were weekdays & on at the same time I go work.

Good Lord. what did we expect from the youngest team in the tourment ? Blowouts are need to understand the weakness of the la selecta ? " confidence "

USA game is not close to what i seen in the last 3 games of the la selecta.

    the whole team dissappeared ..

No movement , no pressure and no counter attacks.. simply gave the ball .

Players I enjoyed watching ... Zelaya- Dustin - Santamaría
Players who need alot of work : Xavier García-
Player who i admire the most now. CEREN..
At least some concacaf champions games coming soon to check out the players outside of the la selecta..

Seriously? Dustin? That guy literally is a ghost on the pitch. He didn't do a thing, buddy.
Also add Posadas to that "work" list. For sure.

I really don't know what you see at Dustin at this point. I say he is probably so times away before being considered like I mentioned before if he can stay stable maybe we can see some promise as it stands with his club hoping I don't think he can hit his full potential.

That whole back line needs work I think naming Victor the captain was an odd move since he joined the team at the end especially given the communication sucked in the back.

The problem in the US game they didn't pressure because I think they didn't want to tire out which happened anyways. But if that were the case Chochera should have gone to a 4-5-1 or 4-1-4-1.
