OK, but most of us try to keep it on the down low. I mean I'm not going around bragging that I took Latin in high school!! Aaaagh! I just outed myself!!!
exactly! i'm not trying to fist-fight nobody. well, unless they try to tell me that Tom Baker wasn't the best Doctor evah.
In order to be an authentic follower of the Doctor, it is a prerequisite that you actually watched the first broadcast on the telly at the time it was first aired.
there is a scene in the original Fever Pitch where the guy is reenacting a FA Cup final with his subbuteo set. My father-in-law gave gave me the DVD to watch and then just watched my face during that scene. I think he was trying to tell me I was loser. I only caught the point that the guy's table was too low. My wife just shook her head the whole time.

None of yall would survive 10 minutes in East Bernard. And I'm talking to you too, the guy with those little plastic soccer dudes....
Haven't seen the new Dr. Who, but I used to watch Dr. Who on PBS when I was a kid. Don't remember much other than it being weird and the theme song. Reminds me a bit of this:

I can picture somebody driving into town challenging the locals to a subbuteo match. You'd be the talk of the post office and the feed store.

Choosing the latter affords the Dynamo the ability to add a sponsor logo during the season
