Not that this would be applicable for this year but we have Gladbach, Mainz and one of Leverkusen and VfL playing in the EL next year. If one of them wins then they'll get a spot in the CL the year after.

Cromagnum is either Azeri or Turkish, he can't help it.

That's stupid. I'm an Armenian, but I would never say a bad thing about Gundogan, Sahin, Ozil or any football player:)

Shoot, back in the day, FC Neftchi had good players. Mashallah Ahmedoov for one:)

Sahin and Miki get along well too. That's where you and cromagnum are different :)

Cromagnun is Croatian. I don't think he has anything against Armenians in general. He just doesn't like Miki.

I get along well with everybody. A few years ago we have organized a khash, Armenian menudo version, and we invited a couple from Diyarbakir, who live in Dallas. Lovely people.

I hope we get Kagawa. He isn't guaranteed a start at MU under LVG. Under JK he will relegate anybody to the bench.

Well, according to this transfermarkt.de article, the Express says Drmic is on the verge of signing with Bayer Leverkusen.

Hehe, Sokratis was also on the verge of signing for Leverkusen.;)

But it really looks like we are going for Immobile judging by all the newspaper articles and Zorc's recent comment when asked whether or not the complicated contract situation of Immobile would rule out a transfer to Dortmund. Personally I am not sure what to think about this. The guy is playing his first good season and 20m€+X would be very expensive, especially compared to Drmic. But what some guys who are closely following the Serie A are writing on transfermarkt.de about Immobile sounds quite good to be honest.

As of now, getting Kagawa is a pipe dream. The EPL is his dream and he never showed any desire to return to Dortmund so far. I wouldn't be surprised that if he can't make it under LVG, he'd try to join another English club first.

EPL was not his dream. It was man utd.

There might be something going on after the recent comment on twitter from the Ruhrnachrichten journalist and the meeting between bvb and the agency that represents SK.

There were contacts between Dortmund and Kagawa's agents already last year, the conclusion was that Kagawa ruled out any move to Germany. Keep in mind, the EPL is everything Japan. I remember how Kagawa was constantly asked by Japanese journalists in 2012 when he would finally go to England. Of course playing for ManU was his dream, but I think that he still wants to play in England. A friend of mine is currently studying in Japan and he wroteme that Kagawa just recently told a Japanese newspaper that he wants to stay in England for the next year. Going back the the "inferior" Bundesliga would be interpreted as a huge step back.

Now everything is possible but as long as LvG doesn't make it explicitely clear that Kagawa is not part of his future plans I'd bet that Kagawa will pick up the challenge in ManU.

That doesn't mean I don't want him back, on the contrary I'd be thrilled if he returned. But as of now, there is no indication that this is a realistic option which is why we should not get our hopes up.

Kagawa would prefer to play Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurz, Citeh and perhaps even Everton and Newcastle.

He can stay there if he wants. We've been alright without him anyway.

I think Van Gaal will like Kagawa. Shinji will fit perfectly in his possession-based brand of football. He will be a regular starter next season IMO.

Stuff I referred to is much more recent and more credible.

But if lvg makes him a starter, it could very much work in man utd's favour. OR LvG could give him the Mourinho-to-Juan Mata treatment while playing Mata. Kagawa was a big nemesis of LvG's Bayern.

Yeah, but we don't need Drmic the way we needed Sokratis either.........

I wouldn't use anything written in the media to gauge what BVB might be doing. This is not to say we don't have interest in Immobile. But BVB only lets the media in on what they're doing when they want it to be known. I could have missed this already, but have Zorc or Klopp said something publicly about Immobile?

If they haven't, trust me, the media's guess is really just a shade better than your own.

HHLN already corrected you here. The EPL was not Shinji's dream. Manchester United was. I think those who believe if Shinji leaves Manchester United, he's automatically coming back to Dortmund, are being presumptious. However, if Shinji does wind up leaving Manchester United, he's not going somewhere like Newcastle or Stoke just to stay in the EPL. I do think we would have a very good chance at getting him back if he leaves Manchester United.

But I don't think Shinji is going to do anything until Manchester United makes a decision on who the next boss will be and Shinji figures out if that guy has him (Shinji) in his plans.
