    edit: he replaces Gerndt and is therefore alone upfront for the first time now.
    edit2: but now Afum gets in too, so I'm not sure who will be the striker and who the #10
    meanwhile, disaster defending one after another and Basel gets the lead

    If I'm not wrong, he was active on the third goal. Long-range shot => the keeper releases the ball then commited a foul on a Young Boys's player who followed well the action => penalty => goal.

    However, he didn't look so good.

    He started great had goals right from the bat but still he is one of the best scorers with just 4 goals and only 3 starts in first eleven.

    So whats the deal with the coach not giving him more chances


    Btw the other young striker Martinez bagged 2 goals in theat last game

    so...


    Ah well whatever still happy for him

    You know it's not really easy to score consistently when you play 20 mins. per match.
    The coach has already said that he doesn't want to burn him, besides he generally fights for the spot with Frey who is simply better than him...

    Martinez has been the best player of the league and came back from Thun in january
