I know this is frowned upon, but I just moved back to Germany after a year in the US and I really really really miss watching second division turkish soccer online. Is there anyway we can just create a Freddy Adu rumor or thread.... just to honor him?
Mike Jones, formerly of KC and New York posted on Twitter that his deal to join FC Hjorring in Denmark is finalized. https://twitter.com/#!/mikewhojonesy/status/204006020220071936
Article from mlssoccer.com mentions that the Mexican press has linked Herc Gomez to Club América, Puebla and Chivas. If the latter is true, things must really be changing Edit: The old Bill Hamid to WBA rumor has resurfaced. and Brek Shea reportedly being watched by Liverpool. http://www.soccer365.com/news/features/the_grapevine/16862/liverpool_watching_mls_duo

I applaud any and all Clash references, but it was Mick Jones...and Joe Strummer is ten years dead as of yesterday. Now back to our regularly scheduled program...
Christian Albelo will transfer from TSV Amicitia Viernheim where he plays on the U15 squad to Hoffenheim. http://www.topdrawersoccer.com/club...prospects:-american-joins-hoffenheim_aid24348 The article also mentions that Christian Rodriguez is training and/or on trial with FC Groningen.
In addition to a few of the clubs we already have listed here, Seltzer says that Birmingham and QPR have also expressed some interest in Brad Guzan. http://www.mlssoccer.com/news/article/2012/05/23/american-exports-guzan-set-leave-aston-vila
According to Ives, some unnamed interest in Geoff Cameron http://www.soccerbyives.net/soccer_by_ives/2012/05/cameron-attracting-interested-from-abroad.html
this real interest or is it similar to Marco Pappa interest where clubs are always interested but nothing happens?
Holden is probably sticking with Bolton I would assume. Can't see him moving to Turkey. Prob get injured again there 2

Haitian-American striker Gilbert Bayonne has apparently agreed to join S League club Tanjong Pagar (Singapore).
Wooten resigned with Kaiserslautern, or to be more accurate signed a professional (licensed) contract and is officially transferring from the reserves to to the full team.
Credit to Alex_K for intially posting about this move: Matt Taylor is taking a step down from the 2.BL and will join Preußen Münster. He signed a conteact for 2 years. http://www.scpreussen-muenster.de/news/matthew-taylor-kommt-massimo-ornatelli-geht
I don't think we have threads on either of these guys, and it doesn't seem worth starting ones for this little bit of info so I'll just post here: Rodrigo Lopez has been looking for a club in Mexico in addition to trying for an MLS return. Travis Bowen, Tristan's older brother, is mentioned as "pursuing the pro game around the world". A couple to keep an eye on for the future. http://espn.go.com/blog/los-angeles/soccer/post/_/id/16805/open-cup-fusion-want-to-impress-goats Edit: The article also mentions that Tristan's loan expires on June, 27th, so unless an offer is made soon he will cease to be a YA in a few weeks.
Samuel Scheimann Signed Two Year Deal With Haifa Even though Scheimann himself has said that he is ineligible to represent the US, I thought I would post this as the threads are still open for him. He joins Maccabi Haifa after SBV Excelsior were relegated from the Eredivisie.
