So this is the 2nd year in a row that the Rowdies have taken a concept from another team and made a banner out of it. What's the deal? First they replica the timbers home opener banner, now they copy the Earthquake's goonies thing.

I shouldn't even respond to this. I already did once and thought better of it, hit the delete button. All it really deserves is a FU and a GTFO as it is obvious troll mode, but hey. This is Bigsoccer, right? Firstly, lol at the idea that if one group of supporters does something that makes whatever theme they used off limits. And you have to be an even bigger loon if you think the Goonies, one of the greatest films of all time, can only be used as inspiration one single time and by some random, crap supporter group at that. Secondly, no one has copied anything. If there were unintentional similarities, oh ********ing well. We must not have received the memo that portraying images of three of the most recognizable symbols of your home city/cities isn't allowed because a bunch of band wagon jumpers did it first. Our bad.
In the creative department of an ad agency you come up with a lot of ideas. Invariably, you end up coming up with the same idea as someone else. When that happens, you have to ask yourself: is your take on the idea any better? If you feel like–in this case–the answer's a resounding yes, quit the frumpy posting—it's making you look insecure. P.S. calling something out and trolling aren't the same thing.

I asked some questions about the rowdies making banners that seemed unoriginal and you about shit the bed. That's the insecurity I am talking about.
Nah man if I wanted to troll you I would have said something like "at least your ripoff banners are more authentic than a buyout brand that sticks a star on its crest from a championship it never won."
