Don't we have an Open Cup game around here somewhere? The FCD site schedule doesn't list any USOC games but the USOC site says May 29. In that game, I would like to see AJ, Marcellin or maybe even Pertuz (if Hyndman thinks he's a legit contender for the spot) or Ulloa (if Hyndman thinks he's a legit contender for the spot) as the sole defensive midfielder, a #10 prospect like Leyva (or Villar if he's back), two forwards and two wingers (who are not fullbacks).
Who SH plays in th OC will go a long way to my long range thinking on him. If he wears out the starters again in the early rounds then I will be ready for another coach. Is Hernandez next in line?
