15th minute - Reed Williams misses a golden opportunity 1v1 with the keeper 17th minute- hollingshead leads a great counter and gets a return pass in front of net but gets under it and skies it over crossbar from 12 yards out evan raynr nice cut and left footed shot over crossbar edwards does well to come out and stuff out a sdsu player who went through on goal... wiet poorly headed ball into no mans land to set that up 28th minute - great low cross by matchett to reed williams who can only redirect it at the keeper from 6 yards out. 33rd minute - poor free kick by leo stolz out of bounds 41st minute - poor clearance by wiet leads to great chance for sdsu that goes wide end of first half -UCLA having finishing problems so far hopefully SDSU doesn't make them pay like UW did.
70th minute great ball from the right wing from grady howe to hollingshead's feet in the box but he misses poorly and can't get his shot on frame 72nd minute - hollingshead 1v1 with the keeper on a great ball from raynr but can't get shot past the keeper, rebound comes to him and he skies it over the bar. 73rd minute - GOAL WILLIAMS! 2-1. beautiful dribble moves by Raynr right up the middle to assist Reed Williams. nice return pass from stolz to raynr. that was coming. 2-1 Final SDSU had no answer after UCLA went up. UCLA bossed the midfield. Evan Raynr man of the match for me.
