Goddam that was frustrating.

WHY can't anyone beat their man AT ALL!!!???? And WHY can't any of the players kick the ball at the goal like a normal paid footballer instead of whffing it or rolling the ball weakly on ground? Seriously WHY???

whether it's hjh or kyk they all both can't seem to lock down on even middle eastern players...and the same thing can be said on the opposite side of the pitch where our players can't beat a player 1 on 1.

Yeah, as much as I am one of Hong Jeong Ho's biggest fan, I know his weaknesses very well. He aint too good dealing 1-on-1 situations with quick players who have quite dribbling skills. He has had this problem for a while spanning back to 2009 U-20 WC vs Adiyiah and 2011 Friendly vs Gyan Asamoah.
The problem with Hong Jeong Ho is that he loses concentration too much. He spaces out at times.
I dont know what happened during these two legged matches but he looked very unreliable. Maybe being captained got too much pressure into him...well, he is only so young after all (same age as Yoon Bitgaram).
Add to that, he is very tired. He has been posting Tweeter weeks ago about how tired he is. That could have affected him.

Noticed that too? 8 of 10 shots are always rolling on the ground. Are they taught that way? Even PJY mostly bounces or rolls the ball on goal.

I'm a bit tired of the tap-tap-tapping all across our NTs both in terms of shooting and passing around the box. Cut and shoot dang it!

Jang Hyun Soo, Noh Dong Gun, Yoon Il Rok, Baek Sung Dong and Kim Young Wook are five players from our U-20 Squad that have been called up.

On-form Pohang Steelers striker Ko Mu Yeol has been called up as well.

If disappointed in the way he was gassed out too early, then I somewhat agree haha. Probably wasted too much energy on K-league before coming to Colombia, me thinks.
If we specifically talk about the last match against Spain, he was pretty good in the first half, I thought. His first touches were abit sloppy and he could barely sprint for the ball but either than that he was pretty good linking up with other teammates.
In my opinion it was in that last match, we finally saw what our best XI is (especially giving Baek Sung Dong the free-role; AMF).
