OUT ON LOAN Grazzini (atletico rafaela) Puppo (Defensor Sporting) Robayo (Millonarios) SOLD Pappa (SC Heerenveen ) Barouch (Bnei Yehuda) So Fire have 25 players in the roster (28 if we count the loaned players), 3 International spots open. Is there a minimum player requirement mandated by the player union under the CBA?
As of today Orr is still on the Fire Roster (and no Official press release on the FIRE website), so maybe the sale is not final, they better hurry up if they want to get it done, today is the last International transfer day.
I cant find anything that states when Israel's transfer window ends... or even if its open at this time.

So Fire have 26 players in the roster (29 if we count the loaned players), 3 International spots open.
Fire have slim shot in Marcus Tracy lottery . That will be in about a half hour , 9-13-02 @ 9am CST. edit* Im in no way advocating for us to win his rights as he has had some serious knee issues. But he has been training with Philthadelphia and they are pretty high on him.A possible trade if won.
Its a lottery not an allocation.it supposedly already happened, but I havent seen any news or tweets yet.
Not quite that easy, as its weighted based on the teams record over the last 34 games. We had a pretty slim chance, though rumor has it a team with a slim chance got it. HTIOT tweeting the Fire did not get it. Either SJ or RSL. Doesn't offer any sources though.

Franco http://www.chicago-fire.com/players IN: Guillermo Franco (free / Pachuca) Wells Thompson (Colorado?) OUT ON LOAN Grazzini (atletico rafaela) Puppo (Defensor Sporting) Robayo (Millonarios) Barouch (Bnei Yehuda) SOLD Pappa (SC Heerenveen ) So Fire have 27 players on the roster (31 if we count the loaned players), 2 International spots open.
http://www.mlsplayers.org/files/October 1, 2012 Salary Information - By Club.pdf 31 players on the list (includes the loaned out players (Robayo, Grazzini, Barouch, Puppo). Total Guaranteed money 4,145,873.33
So Franco is making 174,000 for 6 games (that's a 29,000 game average), which he will only play in 3 of the six games (not including playoffs, that is if we make the playoffs). So if we resign him for 2013, does he think that he should get that same average for a whole season (986,000). I hope not, I think he could bring something to the team, but it better not be for anything close to that amount.
If that number is correct 50,400 (Grazzini salary), it still amazes me how low he was getting paid. He was getting less than Pineda (50,800) and Gulley (69,000) and they haven't even made the bench in any of the games.
