Lee Seung-Woo and Jang Gyul-Hee will both be included in the upcoming U-17 qualifiers I heard? Makes sense I guess since they can't play every week anyway because of the whole Barca work permit issue... Really looking forward to watching them play!
Its next year's qualification to AFC U-16 championships 2014. Starts later this month The two are in a 50-man preliminary squad which we will be reduced after training camp but I doubt Barcelona boys would be dropped unless their club dont allow. But that wont happen because Kim Woo-hong and Kim Young-kyu both two have played for the U-15/U-16 NT (Seo Myung-won/Hwang Hee-chan category) even though they were Almeria youth. This squad is the same one that played against Barcelona youth in that final that KBSN televised in which Barca won in ET. Kim Ho (김호), Yook Geun-hyuk (육근혁) all in the squad. omg this is gonna seriously gonna be over kill we are gonna play Laos, Malaysia, Guam, and Brunei. We seriously wont be needing these guys. I expect a 40 plus goal difference.
nah it will be high 20s most likely. and their teammates are at an equal level as they are. should be our best group yet. them or the next cycle U-20s.
Let's just hope that we make sure we win in the quarterfinal in the AFC tournament final next year. We all know what happened in the last tournament after getting out of the group rather easily... lost in the PK's and failed to make it to the worlds.. that one still kinda haunts me because that squad had so much promise... yet won't see any WC play. With this squad though, as long as the defense is solid enough our offense seems one of the best in years so I fully expect us to take care of business this time and make it.
that last cycle had such a tough road due to the previous cycle not even qualifying to the AFC Championship round. always stuck in the last pot for the draws. this cycle should be fine but then again we never have prioritized this tournament.

Seems like KFA are developing him like they did with Lee Gwang-jong. Coach Ha Keum-jin was under Choi Moon-shik's U-17 NT staff. GK coach Shin Beom-cheol had the more famous playing career compared to the rest. 123 appearances for Busan Daewoo Royals. Was FC Seoul GK coach before.
Likely not as it's just a lowly Asian qualifier against minnows. We may see clips on the news maybe though since the media's been trying to hype up the two Barca kids as of late.
