If they have so much trouble switching from a 4-4-2 to a 4-5-1 or a 4-3-3, I think their difficulty adapting to a 3-back set is going to outweigh any advantages the formation might offer.
3 back wont be that hard to adjust too. could hide it in a 4 back. harris is coming off an acl injury but mwanga and brown got more promise at this point in my eyes. wouldn't be suprised to see harris be our savior.
