hmm, i thought he was out injured but he actually played. the early reports had him sitting out so i didn't bother to watch the game but he played full 90 mins. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24780311
sigh, Gotoku. great pass by Gustavo but Gotoku should have really cut it off, or don't let Perisic pass by him...
Gotoku recorded an assist in Stuttgart's test against Dutch team PEC Zwolle, earning his thread to move up. http://www.vfb.de/de/aktuell/meldungen/news/2014/testspiel-pec-zwolle-vfb/page/7335-1-3-.html?f3
Gotoku had a hockey assist on Okazaki's goal and made a spectacular pancake block on the goalkeeper to ensure that he scored. ...only problem is that Gotoku and Okazaki are no longer teammates
what do you mean by hockey assist? In the clip I saw a ball coming from the midfield? lol btw he should play in a position like Yuto's...
It means that Gotoku passed to the player who made the assist. In ice hockey that player gets credit for an assist, hence the term...
Stuttgart 1 - 0 Munich anyways, Sakai subbed off at 64th min. grabbing his back as he comes off... hope it isn't serious & simply a pre-caution.
For once, I was impressed by Sakai. He shut down Alaba well, and nothing happened much down his side. As soon as he comes off, the Stuttgart defense becomes undone. Boka, his replacement, was absolutely terrible, was to blame for the equaliser. No wonder why Sakai is still a starter for Stuttgart.
Solid game again. Not as impressive as he was against Bayern, he defended well, no mistakes as well. Dunno what happened to him, but he's a lot better after the winter break.
Uh ? Hope it's just temporary because the current situation is not so good for our sidebacks : Uchida injured, H. Sakai seems to have lost his spot on the starting line-up...
He's made the bench a few times already, then came back, then made the bench, etc. At least up to now.
