Ok, seriously though, I think the field level area seats you mentioned have a partially obstructed view of the outfield. The Promenade seats are great. I loved sitting in the Upper Deck at Shea but this is closer to the action and not as high.

To be honest, you'll probably be walking around the ballpark most of the time taking in the tribute to Brooklyn Dodgers history and enjoying the food in the food pavilion. I've been to like 3-4 games at Citi and I've barely sat in my seats for each one.

Now get the ******** outta here.

So the promenade is the green or red section?

Yeah dude, and she's a nurse too. So should the Mets exceed expectations setting the stage for a choke in Citi Field in September she'd be handy to have around!

Is the food pavillion easy to get to from the Promenade seats. I'd be fine in those, and really the only reason I was looking at the field level seats was so that maybe i could touch Werth's soul patch.

Honestly, how many butt plugs has she had to pull out of your ass? We're all friends here. Nothing leaves this thread.
It's a few flight of stairs but nothing bad. Honestly, I'd just find the cheapest tickets possible and just walk around the entire time. There are 360 degree views so you can literally watch from everywhere. Okay, maybe the food pavilion isn't the best place since you the giant ad board/sometimes score board that blocks your view. But there's a screen on the back so you can watch while you're eating a delicious Shake Shack burger.

And if you really wanna touch Werth's soul patch (********in pervert), just run out onto the field. I promise you that Citi Field security doesn't use tazers.....unfortunately.

    Do gerbils count as buttplugs?

Thanks Dude. Yeah, I went there once the year it opened and saw a delicious Phillies win, but didn't walk around too much. I was too concentrated on the game. But I definitely plan on doing some walking this time.

Loving this team right now until I start hating them.

Nice 6 game win streak and last night was the finest win of the season. They showed heart and plenty of emotion. Jose went nuts on 3rd base ump Marvin Hudson who made an awful call and the Mets come back to win.

lol Another reason why if I had a son who was a great athlete, I'd try to get him to focus on baseball. Long careers, no chance of a major injury and dumb owners handing-out ridiculous contracts.

BTW, does anybody know why the Mets game was postponed last night? It wasn't raining. Not until 11:00p at least. But it sure is now.

There have now been 30 postponements this season in the majors which must be a record. I would scream 'global warming' but if they are gonna postpone games when its not even raining....

I like this team. Half the team is injured and they continue to fight. It's so much easier to appreciate with lowered expectations.

yea too bad neither Pelfrey or Niese seem to be panning out, C. Young was our best pitcher and he is of course ... injured.

Listen, I think a lot of what Fred said is right but that doesn't make it right for him to air out in a magazine. For ********s sake, this team has had a dark cloud hanging over them for the past few years and you think this was necessary? Seriously, what free agent would wanna come here? What soon-to-be free agents we have would wanna return? Calling out your own guys is one thing when you're George ********in Steinbrenner and you have 27 championships, but when you're already a joke of a franchise that hasn't won shit since 86, that just makes us even more of a joke. So thank you, Fred.

And on a somewhat related note, I was listening to Michael Kay today as he was ripping the Mets players for holding an internal meeting on the matter, calling them soft that they'd even have to have a players only meeting. Of course, he compared this to what the Yankees had to endure under Steinbrenner. This reminded me of what a twat Michael Kay is. Of course he has to compare them to the Yankees despite the fact that the two owners he's comparing them to are like night and day. Just shut the ******** up. You CANNOT compare the two. Players knew what to expect when dealing with King George. But Fred? No one expected this shit. Plus Steinbrenner demanded excellence. Wilpon was just being a snide, sarcastic prick. Time to sell the team, asshole. I expect this out of your idiot son but not you, old man.
