The scoring method remains unchanged from last season: After every meaningful (official) match you can list who you felt were the top three players in the game. Please try to list only three players, numbering them in order 1-3 with the best player listed first. Points are awarded based on your voting of the players: 1st place vote = 3 points 2nd place vote = 2 points 3rd place vote = 1 point When voting closes, everyone's votes are tallied and the top three players receiving the most points are awarded consensus MOTM points: 7 points for highest vote total 5 points for second highest 3 point for third best This is done throughout the season until the final match has been played, with the overall leader being named BS Player Of The Season. For voting totals to count, a match must receive votes from at least FIVE people. Otherwise it will not be counted in the overall totals. Voting for each match will remain open for one full week to give everyone enough time to view the game and place their votes. Lionel Messi has won our Player of the Season contest for the past few years (I've lost count now... since 07/08 perhaps?). Voting actually should have began after the Copa Cataluyna games so if you wish to vote on one or both of those games your more than welcome to (please list either Girona or Espanyol so I know which game you're voting for). The Supercopa games against LPB are next to be voted on. The Gamper against Napoli is not considered an official match so no voting will take place for that one. Feel free to suggest a phrase subtitle if desired and maybe the mods can edit it in. I was going to put "The cream always rises to the top" but wasn't 100% keen on that.

Same. Messi 2 goals, 1 assist. Don't need to say that much. Dani Alves was a monster. Didn't let anyone pass by him, specially crissy. Who said Dani can't defend?!? Iniesta just magical even though he can play much better.
