Re: Takashi Usami's Thread Good luck to him. It's up to him now which is how he likes it. As for Bayern they're either very business savvy or taking the p1ss lol.
Re: Takashi Usami's Thread The agent handling the transfer has been Ludwig Koegl, a former Bayern player & German international. Don't know how much involvement there is with Kroth this time.

Re: Takashi Usami's Thread Nope, it is not his jersey, just a Munich jersey he used for the interview. I know which number he'll have next season, but was asked not to say
Re: Takashi Usami at Bayern Munich's Thread [R] Hum, thanks for the answer... By the way, I think he will choose the #8
Re: Takashi Usami's Thread Well Bayern was looking for years already for an east Asian player. In the first place I admit that I suspect for expanding their fan base there. Nevertheless they didn´t get one so far, which shows that they also pay attention to the actual talent of the player and don´t just get one as a Bayern dress model to sell more merchandise products. So since Kagawa, Uchida etc. made a good impression in the Bundesliga, they seem to be more confident now, that a Japanese player can succeed with them and Usami seems to be the one they rate the highest of the talents from Japan. So I am sure they are not just "taking the piss" here.
Re: Takashi Usami at Bayern Munich's Thread [R] I will woop their asses of if the boy does not get a proper chance and playing time while in Bayern. I am also counting on Robben picking up and Injury the glassy man he is ( this in the end ment as a joke not to be taken so seriously)
Re: Takashi Usami's Thread Yeah I agree with all that but I was referring to how much Bayern was willing to pay for Usami. Not that it's really their prob though because of the way contracts in Japan work and it's a problem J clubs have to sort out but still. Put it another way if watching Kagawa gave them the confidence to invest in Usami why not pay more? That's my point.
Re: Takashi Usami's Thread @Flaight: Well Bayern is not ManCity, Chelsea, Inter, Real etc. Meaning they are earning all their money themselves and don´t have some billionaire bankrolling them. So paying more than necessary is nothing you will see from them that often! Ahm, btw how much does Bayern pay for the loan, and how much would they have to pay next year if they want buy him? Is this actually known?
Re: Takashi Usami's Thread Loan fee is said to be 300k euros and 1.5m more for full transfer so transfer evaluation of about 1.8m + wages 700k a year = Bayern's expenditure.
Re: Takashi Usami at Bayern Munich's Thread [R] So basically it can happen Gamba will lose a player of his status for only 300k and Bayern may return him as a damaged good especially if the boy wont play. Don't really get this
Re: Takashi Usami at Bayern Munich's Thread [R] Blue-san my point exactly. but Loddar has a point as well about Bayern having no fat cats bank rolling them so they will negotiate for bare minimum. J club contracts or rather their youth contracts have probs they need to look at.
