The ad isn't bad although it's a little annoying - and the final shot makes you think Nike is telling him to shut up already :)

I don't really like the ad. I know they'll break it up into smaller pieces but in long form it's just long and rambling. It's trying to make Lebron out to be more self-aware than he probably is and comes off as disingenuous.

It's still the best rebuttal LeBron has had to the whole incident.

    And the only rebuttal, really.

They should have just stuck with the Miami Vice angle for the whole thing. Don Johnson is awesome no matter how you slice it and it would provide the ads with someone else besides Lebron to do the talking (kind of like back in the day how they had Chris Rock doing Lil Penny to save us from boring, boring Penny Hardaway). They could have had a series of ads where the two of them are trying to figure out a whodunnit, and then in the end reveal that it was Lebron all along as the bad guy. :p

My talents have been down here for a while, so no. :p

I loved the commercial. Everybody telling him to be the next MJ. F*ck that. He is Lebron James, he has no one to answer to for moving, he is a free man. He will kick ass, while he gets ass down here, FFS he will have a fistful of rings by the end of his career. HOF and World Wide Superstar. The haters will hate, but who gives a sh*t.

You don't get it. Not even close. No one hates James for leaving. No one. Not even Cleveland fans. People hate him because he's a selfish backstabbing son of a whore.

Because he raised $3 million for the boys and girls club? That sounds selfish and back stabbing to me. Or is it that he wanted to win titles? That is definetly selfish and backstabbing, who would have thought that a competitive athlete wanted to win? Lebron is a selfish backstabber, but everybody hates because everybody is scared! and I get to root for it.

Enjoy our 65 + win regular season.

Lebron gave up millions to go elsewhere so he could play with Wade. And then Wade called him up and got him to give up another $15 million to sign Haslem. Lebron is definitely not selfish.

All the other stuff, well... that's subjective. :D

Actually he raised closer to $6m. He gave the kids half and took the rest himself.

And again, you don't get it. No one cares that he wanted to play with his buddies. That's not what this was about.

Is that so bad? He made money for himself and others. Selfish of course, giving $3 million. Lets live in communism and give everything to the poor....Duck Manson = Robin Hood.

Oh and of course its not about that. Its because he broke poor Cleveland's heart? Awww, poor Dan Gilbert he found out through a tv show. Aww, it must have hurt, let me spend a moment in silence......done.

No way that is a rebuttal from the jester, he isn't smart enough, give Nike full credit, Lebron and his camp and decision makers are idiots.

Excited for the season to get under way, not excited to deal with Heat fans who pretended they existed or cared anytime other than the Finals against Dallas and now. Miami is a haven for the worst sports fan in America

Like I said, you don't know shit. It's pretty evident you didn't follow hoops before James said he was taking his talent to South Beach. So stick around here and you might learn a few things. Just try and not post too much of this kind of drivel.
