    Roca's agent:

"Fábio is tired of this situation. He wants to play. People say that he's fat, but he isn't fat...he had a son and is more mature."

That made my day. I can't stop thinking that Roca was pregnant.

Oh man, thats a great line. Roca, I thought Sporting should have let him go and never come back. I think its time Sporting let Silver or a winger from their junior team play. They need someone who can play on the sideline in my opinion, way too many CM's on the pitch.

I read that sporting is interested in river plate star Diego Buonanotte, who was also linked with Benfica a couple of months back.

We dont need him. He lacks the size and strength that we need. What the club should be trying to strengthen is that backline. Right back and a center back. Not only that. but a midfielder that would fight for every ball and work his tail off would be nice

    Another high salary.
This club is pissing me off, while others are signing players, that they can turn around and sell for a profit. We get players out of contracts. Where the f is the recruting, at least in the Peseiro era we did some recruting in South America.

Still PB doesn't realize we need defenders.

Considering one more player will be added to the squad, a defender is still a possibility

Thats exactly why FCP wins everything. They know how to scout. Not purchase a bunch of overrated crap. Thank god we have a decent youth academy, otherwise, we'd be sh*t. At least we got him on a free transfer

they want to grab the profits from the sale of youth academy players.

but yeah would be nice to sign more players whose value would likely go up

but imo, Vukcevic and Matias Fernandez are players with an upside whom can be sold for a profit in the future.

Izmailov, I dont think we own his full pass but I would put him in that bracket as well.

I agree but Sporting give up alot less goals then most teams in the liga last season.

thats probable how the board is looking at it.

ManU must of had people/scouts watching the Porto vs. Sporting game because Patricio had some pretty good saves. Not only did he save the PK, but he made some fantastic 2-3 great saves during play as well.

Porto produces talent. Benfica produces talent. Just not at the current rate that Sporting is able to produce.
