Maybe we can use yours on the Scotch Ale if someone is doing a real ginger ale soda.

Well, I'm working on something now for the Trappist Dubbel, so we'll see how that comes out.

    Based on this:

    3/22/08 9am(!!)
    Bottling Crew:
    Monty/Krista
    Mandy (possible...checking schedule)
    Ed/Kim
    Nat
    Joe/Fran
    Tim
    NateP/Kelly

    Cases (36 available):
    Monty (2-3)
    Karen (1-2)
    Joe
    Fran
    NateP (4)
    Tim (2)
    Ed/Kim (2)
    Drewww
    Ryan
    Jim A
    Nat (2-3)
    Mandy (1)
    Ann (1)
    Mike L. (1)

There should be about 12 cases left to be claimed. Come up and join the bottling crew on the 22nd (I think we'll still need the help) otherwise Monty will have the details for when the extras will be available and what they will cost.

    O.k., here's the re-do:

The design for the Trappist is done and I've gone ahead and sent that to Monty for consideration.

Yes. More the merrier for the bottling. Ideally, two people each for the six bottling stations plus one schlepper for every two stations. Plus folks to wash and label bottles or provide expert supervision.

Monty, don't forget to add in the cost of labels when calculating the total.

Root Beer, Sarsaparilla, Birch Beer, Orange Cream Soda or our New Black Cherry

Still a bit up in the air but around $32 to $36 for a case of 12 22oz bottles.

I'd be down for a case but I am not a fan of Porters or Stouts.....anyone care to trade? I'd need someone to bring the case to the 4/12 game too

Flagship IPA - Infinite Partial Allocation
Dark Roast Porter - something about burnt Mutton

These two still need labels (unless they were made and I'm unaware). I'd be willing to tackle the IPA if someone wants to do the other.

Nope. The Deadhead Red came in at just 4.2%, and the IPA was the same weak alcohol level. Having two that weak made no sense.

Prices. For those that can come up and help on Saturday, $32 per case. Those that can't, $35 per case. That covers labels, beers, bottles. 12 22oz beers in a case.
