The turf in Trinidad was better than the turf in New England. :p

And this is why there's a preliminary round. I don't expect many 6-0 results in the group stages.

Mexican commentators' job description is to make fun of CONCACAF, who, for once, seems to have done something well . When do we get a team draw for the GC?

GC? Sorry for being a little out to lunch on this one. If you're speaking of the group stage its already been drawn...

Gotta say, if Joe Public holds on, and if Montreal wins, The Impact got themselves a solid chance at the Knockout stage.

Dude, there is some site out there that everybody refers people to that shows the entire feed of the FSC channel. Can't remember it since I have FSC on my dish.

The MLS should be embarrassed by these results (not the clubs, but the league). The thin/weak rosters mandated by the league are totally insufficient for the clubs to be able to compete in international tournaments (especially with the "we stop for no one" MLS schedule). It is time to expand the rosters and raise the cap or say thanks but no thanks to competitions like Super Liga and the Champions League.
