    What a concept.

I am sure that if Bobby Boswell went door to door we would increase the season ticket equivalents in 2007 amongst a certain demographic AND he might get a few home cooked meals out of the deal as well :D

That sounds like a win-win situation to me.

Looked it up, it was the Wednesday after the opener. It was the first home match we played. (Not counting Harbour View at the 'Plex.)

As long as this is done during the offseason, I have no problem.

Can you image how exhausted he would be!

ps-I suppose that would also be a good way to rehabilitate Alecko's knee...

After his stint as Cosmoboy, I think that the season ticket equivalents directly attributed to him would be in the thousands.

After all, it is one advantage this sport has over helmeted football and hockey... and my wife never liked those silly baseball uniforms ;)

Has anyone been charged for their tickets yet? I was under the impression this was going to happen by Thanksgiving. Its not a problem, believe me, but I just wanted to make sure there wasnt a problem with my order.

How many more days until CCC? I for one can't wait.

Yeah, for some reason there can be a big time delay with DCU processing cc charges for season tix (it's been going on for years, really don't understand why, it has been brought to their attention). If you're concerned you can contact the SE TM and she can see when DCU is really going to start the process (with holiday shopping on it might be nice to know when a big charge might be added to ones credit card).

Oddly enough I was reminded of this question when I read the exact opposite problem in this apocryphal story told by Nicky Campbell at the end of

Our fans' chants are subversive, surreal - and very, very funny

    Season of good intentions

An alleged true story from an Arsenal season-ticket holder: his position last year was an absolute plum, halfway up Highbury's main stand, close to halfway. After the first few games of the season it became apparent that despite all home games being sell-outs, the two seats on his left were always empty. This continued until just after Christmas, when a guy and his young son appeared. Asked if he knew why the seats had been empty, he said: "Tell me about it. It was a lovely present. The wife bought me and my son season tickets - and gave them to us for Christmas."

Just a small thing we don't have to worry about with a summer league :p
