22' 0-0 Canada threads a "poor" pass across Honduras's box top, looks like he left his teammate a 20-80 ball into converging double-coverage -- but the 2nd guy's poke splits the two defenders, 3rd guy controls on the box top, draws 4 defenders to him, and taps inside-out to Hutchinson, who is suddenly wide-open inside the box left edge. He takes a couple of touches to 15m, and shoots poorly right to Escober.
This Honduras team is clearly a step down from the "A" team. The midfield does not keep the ball long enough to orchestra effective attacks. It has lots of speed, but with more speed the accuracy takes a hit.

Canada digs the ball out, but Gerba can't dazzle the 2nd guy, and loses it. Canada recover, switch field, and cross from left endline, caught by a flying Escober.

Off the free kick, Honduras gets a flick header(?) into the box, #15 Martínez goes up for a bicycle kick, wide left. But defender #7 Stalteri unfortunately threw both his hands up just as the ball passed between them, and there's a question of handball ...
I was writing when the penalty was called. Jakovic let the ball bounced in the penalty area. Martinez was behind him and tried an overhead kick. It flew past the head of Stalteri and wide. I was shocked to see a penalty was called.
44' 0-1 Canada draws a foul at 25m center. Pounded into the wall and cleared. Canada dumps it back into the box, and Escober comes out 15m to punch it clear. Canada somehow threads it back to somebody open in the box left, and Escober clears it again.
