Now the team just needs to go on a 7-8 game winning streak to make the season interesting.

Big test for Hedges and Pertuz...no, make that HUGE test. (Also for Loyd, Benitez and Hernandez protecting them.)

It's not going to be easy, it'll definitely be tough. I'm not expecting a win, but it's definitely within the range of possibility. Yeah, we had a long winless streak, but we had a few solid draws in there ;) plus Colorado isn't exactly a pushover...

I'd probably rest DF and stick Villar in the spot and pray for a tie. Get back to Dallas in good shape for the home crowd.
    I guess JdG plays?

Marcelin comes off bench and gets a brace to back up goals from Hernandez(free kick) and Hartman. FCD leaves Buck Shaw with 4-0 win.

Can we add that Sealy also finds the back of the net................just the wrong one?

Yes, we can, but the scoreline will stay 4-0 because somehow the MLS refs will flag SJE for offside on the own-goal.

haha - Sealy never scored for the Quakes when he played with them the past couple of years, so I can't see him scoring for them even now :)

It's hard to predict what you guys will see tomorrow, with the short rest. One thing seems clear, Lenhart is still suffering concussion symptoms, so you won't see him. And with Corrales out on a redcard, the backline for the Quakes will likely be the same as last game. The only question is if Yallop goes with the same midfield as last game, or rests anyone. Here's a likely lineup:

    Gordon -- Wondo
    Salinas -- Baca -- Cronin -- Chavez
    Morrow -- Hernandez -- Bernardez -- Beitashour
    Busch

But you may see Dawkins or Stephenson in the midfield in place of Salinas or Baca, to give them rest.

I'm hoping that Ferreira plays, he's one of my favorite players to watch in the league and I was really happy to see him back healthy (as I'm sure you guys were).

Oops - never mind about the Corrales redcard, that was already served......he is available for the game.

I'd kind of rather see DF10 come on as a sub. I'm not sure if he's at 100% just yet.

You know, I almost think that David is driving the bus on this issue. He was out for 14 months and he just wants to play as much as humanly possible at this point.

I'm sure he is. It's been frustrating as a fan to have to see him hanging out on the bench every game day... But I'd rather he be out 14 months, play as a sub for another couple, and then come back then to irritate his injuries.

That being said, 14 months should heal just about anything lol

SJ wins, they thrive on that tight space field, which negates some of the speed Dallas tries to play with. Interesting to see if we rotate the squad at all, based on the previous years examples, I say no, and instead watch as the starters are run into the ground the next two games and we lose late.

I laughed on that one because any keen observer of MLS could see that happening.
