You can't really say anything about him when he coached vs the U.S because he didn't choose the team, and basically had to lift up the team from the defeat to Honduras. I don't see a problem with what he said.... See the performances in the CWC, Libertadores... It's true.
Don't see it happening unless he has some stand out success. Dude got us the gold, but he needs to show something else with Cruz Azul or someone else to get a shot in the future.

only the chepistas truly believe this. Tena won a championship and was a coach long before Chepo. I don't discredit chepo's contribution to the olympic gold...but tena is no noob.
