not really. the 2009-2010 cofficient will be dropped starting next season so portugal will be ahead. i wouldn't say this is portugal's one great year because they have always had success in the EL. if anything this is italy's best year in a long time. the first time a italian team has made the semi's in EL since fiorentina.
