Apparently, the Gorskie brothers are Jewish and Jason is on trial now at Hapoel Tel Aviv.

If you understand Greek or are desperate to watch Hapoel against Anorthosis Famagusta. Gorskie started the match on the bench for Hapoel.

Hapoel are not impressed with Gorskie. Too bad he didn't join then for a trial in Israel. He could have tried to latch on with another club. But I assume being in Poland was a bonus for him since his brother plays in Poland and he could join other clubs for trials.

I don't see any report of him signing. Just on trial at Bnei Sakhnin and played 90 minutes for them in the Toto Cup which allows anyone to play for any club.

Here he is in white (number 20) going against Ahmed Abed from Ironi Kiryat Shemona.

Reported yesterday that Gorskie's trial with Bnei Sakhnin has been extended.

Reported today that Gorskie has signed with Sakhnin for one year. He will apply for citizenship, which if he were to get a passport would mean that he is American-Polish-Israeli. o_O

That's a nice step up for a player who was in the Maltese second tier last season.

    Bnei Sakhnin 1-1 Bnei Yehuda
    Fulltime

First league match of the season but it doesn't appear that Gorskie's paperwork has gone through yet as he wasn't in the listed in the squad. Agree with Balerion that this is a nice jump. I didn't realize that he was in the Maltese second tier.

Wonder if he'll end up bringing his brother over if things go well.
