He may not be playing for the first team (maybe their CFA2 squad) but still on the squad enough to get birthday wishes

also as an aside, his wikipedia page lists two different birthdays

unused sub for CKR & FC St Pauli's season is over. needed a win, but screw up toward the end (2 games in a row in winning position) for a tie & kills their chance at 3rd place. another yr in Bundesliga 2

Yongjae Lee played 60minutes friday at USL Dunkerque (defeat 2-0). He tried to bring some solutions as right winger, but without success. Substituted by Diaby (61').
Next game against US Colomiers, 04.21.

random Caen french forum folk seem to think Kim Kyungjung isn't cut out to play

    http://www.smcaen1913.com/t477p45-31e-journee-de-l2-sm-caen-1-0-rc-lens

"I don't understand what became of the little Kim, I thouht he wasn't too bad last year the few times he played. I would think he could offer more in the last 15 min than Mathias Autret"

"Go watch the CFA2 matches, you'll understand. He's not at a professional's level. Even if his speed and tricks can look the part"

Yongjae Lee played last friday in the Red Star victory against Colomiers (1-0). He had a goal chance in second half.
Substituted by Diaby at 82'. I hope he'll stay at RS next season.

Not making the squad for a L2 squad isn't generally a good sign.

I'm wondering at what point those kinds of players make the decision to go back... I can't think of any previous lower league player that went abroad while young who's come back for military service or earlier. Though Song Jin hyung has been pretty good for Jeju, but at least he got some minutes in France. Maybe the European experience gives them some cachet for landing a coaching job later on in Korea.

They come back when they run out of jobs or get tired of living abroad. I mean LYJ is down several levels now and he hasn't come back.

Yesterday in the defeat in Gazélec Ajaccio (2-1), Yongjae Lee scored his 4th goal of the season
    He played all the game.

I think he's banned for a few years or leaving his university. Plus he must feel some shame to come back empty handed. Song Jin Hyung was getting a lot of play time but he felt a bit home sick.
