And another one. 2-0 as Kevin Mirallas tucks one from a tight angle.

almost more importantly - Everton staying in the hunt for CL makes the fixture against Citeh a chance for them to take points/help us.

downside of course is that it seems really hard to believe that Moyes will be around next season.

The Mancs look like a bunch of overpaid footballers on a mid table team that's not competing for trophies or gonna go down..........oh, yeah well.....

As progressive and modern as Rodgers's coaching methodology is, Moyes's are equally outdated and tiresome to modern footballers.

Moyes's worst move was hiring Ferguson's training staff and believing that sprinting until you puke, crossing and heading until you are cross-eyed, and running around trying to kick the player with the ball wins you the league.

    The tide has turned.

yasik is a worth contributor in other fora; his руссиан allegiance is to be understood according to the ownership of the club by an oil czar. but Chelsea has made too many mistakes this season. good at home, average on the road. their GD away from the Bridge is 9. Liverpool's is 16 with the best road record in the BPL.

get this: only 9 teams in the Prem have scored more goal overall than Liverpool has scored away from Anfield!!!

Sevilla throttle Granada 4-0. Ilori on the wrong end of a true hiding.
Rakitic, again, looked good. Marko Marin (of chel$ki) was MOTM.

What bizzare logic. Chelsesa has really attracted an odd type of fan since Abramovic, hasn't it? Not long ago that lot was laughing at us for not being in the Champions League and now he wants us to be in it so there is a "level-playing field". Liverpool used to win the league all those years (42 matches at that) while playing in Europe at the same time. The reason we haven't won the league since 1990 is because we have made poor choices in the coaching and playing staff, and not because we had European football.

Must have been a "tad" disconcerting........

One can almost feel sorry for him. His life has changed so much going from a manager who did so much with so little, with a mid table team to a full on scrutiny with an aging failing side.
Sunday he suffered the hatred of 2 teams. Although Everton are doing better under a "new and improved manager" Moyes still deserted them for the "Glory" and fell for the banner "The Chosen One".

How much regret is there, how much does he wish that he'd told Manure to stuff it.

Calling it now. Moyes is gonna be the next Newcastle manager once Pardew gets sacked this summer.

Everton and Liverpool have never both done the double over Man Utd in any one season in the history of the game. Let's hope Everton takes down Man City, too.

Got to watch the Citeh match at lunch. No way that they will drop a point, not today but if I put my "Grim Reaper" outfit on and stand on the touchline, it might unsettle them.
