mine showed this- each game listed by ticket, and 2013 season. since its not 2013, i didnt do that. also, when i clicked on more than one game and tried to add my whole account amount, it said i didnt have the balance. as you can see, i have 90 pages in there
Strange. I put $100 on the card and it shows that I have $100 available for each game. I'm going to just go with it and see what it looks like next week after the game. If there's an issue, I'll reach out to the team.
so yours doesnt have each game listed individually? weird. also, make sure its not in the 2013 season one. i dont know if that would work.

If I didn't use Union Bucks last year and want to do so this year, is there a special log-in code or username/password I need? I tried going to the site and logging in with the same username and password I use to access my season ticket account with no success.
It's bad. However, I did get some sort of mobile page to enter a loyalty code weds night. It actually looked good.
before you could at least look at previous activity, look at individual seats, etc. now its just garbage
my issue today was that all the leftover balance from last games tickets (yes i have to transfer them game to game, and yes i called and they said thats what i have to do now, and yes i use the card) went into the patron account. so, about 4 out of our 6 tickets loaded some value. there was 91$ in the account, but no way to see who had what left. AWESOME
only thing I use it for is the open practice. last week when I scanned my tix it said "wrong game". want to be sure I get my points.
I kept searching for the auto-refill which was available last year. I gave up and reached out to the Union. They removed that function. Which reminds me, I should see if I have a balance for tomorrow. Oh yes. I forgot about that. I wonder what they did about that. Does anyone have an email of someone who handles that sort of issue?
Email your ticket rep. I have a multitude of issues pending: 1. No points from Montreal game attendance/rain but credit for buying stuff. 2. Not being able to enter TV code for NYRB game on iPad. 3. "Ticket Already Scanned" issue from RSL game. I'm being told that it's mostly because of the new loyalty point system but it will be fixed. If you notice the URL the loyalty point portal directs you to is different than last year. I think they changed the company that does it for them.
Where did you go to see your credits? I only see one of my tickets and it doesnt allow me to click. Tried on several computers and none worked. Emailed my rep at 430 yesterday. Surprisingly he emailed me back before the end of the work day but he just kicked it along to fan services
I didn't qualify for the loyalty points for the NYRB game because I was AT THE GAME! I'm so disloyal.
