Good eye, looked really unsure of his positioning. Not sure why he was outside of his 6 with a defender between him and Martins with Martins clearly slowing the play down with the ball at his feet. Poor decision.
Not really the fairest assessment. As noted earlier, they questioned the call when the head ref called a foul, thinking it was more a Martins dive, they agreed with the penalty when it would have been easy not to (certainly many other commentators would have bemoaned it the worst call in the world), etc.
Oh, I didn't mean the calls on major plays - they are just so rah rah about every single dingle pass like it's Barca out there.
