It looks like the Caps are making moves. I'm afraid that means GM GM will be back and no significant changes will be made to the team. I've never been a fan of Ted Leonsis. I can excuse the bandwagon fans for not knowing he was a horrible owner and treated fans like shit, but somehow many of the better fans had forgotten he was a shitty owner. I can't even be optimistic about the Bullets (no Bullets Fever for me). That team appears to be close to their ceiling already. They just finished 44-38. That's their best record in 30 years. They wouldn't have made the playoffs in the West. Both the GM for the Wiz and the Caps have been around forever.
