    hmm, two early change for Mainz but Koo isn't one of em. i figured he would be since he started to warm up 30th min.

    Koo started warming up because Malli was being treated for an injury, but he turned out to be OK.

    75th min sub for Koo.

    Gladbach is choking.. losing 3-1 to Freiburg. Good news for Leverkusen & Mainz.... not to mention, Gladbach end the season vs Wolfsburg.

    Thought so too at first. I mean, there are good doctors in Germany, but therapists and team doctors that speak your native language seem a better fit. Anyways, a lot of injuries happening right before the wc :-S

    I imagine by doing it all in Korea, he can do so in front of KNT staff to show that he is ready when he is ready.

    I think doing the surgery was with the hope that he'd be ready for WC, vs playing through the pain and not being able.

    Doing it all? You mean the recovery process & regaining his fitness? He had his surgery in Germany & was discharged last weekend.

    So I guess they both had the same condition (봉와직염)? But it's just a difference of club policy between Mainz and Watford on whether to get treated in Europe vs. Korea.
