I find it very positive Enners and Walter's performances, sad about Marlon and Narciso, concerned about Colon getting benched, pleased with Arroyos game lately, but to me the best Ecuadorian in Mexico is Joao Rojas right now, hes just been a dam devil in Cruz Azul.
Jeff and Fidel are just being consistent.
I am worried about Ramirez not even getting called up recently for his team, he was a solid starter before winter break, does anyone know anything? discipline maybe?

doubt it's discipline. He probably just lost his spot on the team. I think he had like a 2 week injury not too long ago and since then he hasn't fully gained his spot back. Might have some tough competition he's dealing with. Let's hope he gets his spot back.

Can't believe what E. Valencia missed today. Certainly the blooper of the week. Marlon De Jesus wouldn't have missed such an easy goal. Lol. He really needs to improve on his finishing.

Colon played todaya bit and looked okay. Performed better than in the past but still have a lot to go.

    W. Ayovi played like always, very consistent. I like.

I think going to Leon is a good move for him. His playing opportunities in Emelec were limited. The talent is there, there's no denying that. Hopefully the kid works hard and reaches his potential. He's gonna have to put more effort towards defending though. Leon is very disciplined team that emphasizes strong defense.

In other news, Pedro Quinonez is reportedly heading to the Middle East. Those petro dollars have some powerful methods of persuasion huh?

leon has a lot of forwards so he will have to work hard to get a spot as a winger and quinonez they can take him y que se lleva a saritama tambien hopefully emelec leaves that spot open in mid feild for gaibor to fill maybe even corozo and david noboa can start having more playing time to

Good for Quiñonez, he was always an average center mid in comparison to our other center mids. At least his family will eat well for a while with this move.

It's been a big week with transfer news:

    1. Enner Valencia (almost?) official at West Ham
    2. Michael Arroyo signs with America
    3. Felipe Caicedo back in Spain with Espanyol
    4. Joffre Guerron signs with Tigres

Hope to see Jefferson Montero back in Europe this time, I heard Swansea were after him.

It is a pretty crazy price tag, but of course if you want him so badly then the $$$$ is what talks.

Also I heard Enner needs a special work permit in order to play EPL. It's the "20 caps" Rule that the EPL established a while ago (Heard of it a LONG time ago). Enner only has 13 Caps with the NT, but West Ham needs a special permit acknowledging that at 1 point or another Enner will surpass that count (I think so, I mean who else are we gonna call up that is on FIRE!!?) lol

Just so we have an idea what we have out there. I must warn you there might be a few youngsters missing, like that Real Madrid C kid Jair Govea and he's like 15 so no need, Corozo and Mercado, I am not sure if they'll remain in the first team, also Yoya might end up without a team. but other than that this is a pretty good list.

I've always wanted to see a list like this. Thanks so much for making it! Mods, can we put this in its own thread and sticky it?

Now if only someone had a lot of free time and would be gracious enough to make a weekly list of games we can watch on TV that feature our players.. http://forums.bigsoccer.com/threads/ecuatorianos-en-el-exterior-tv-schedule.1514928/ ;)

That's going to be one of the main kids to keep an eye on this season b/c Banfield will be playing in top flight this year.
