I was wondering how the hell it happens that vs. Fortaleza there were so many people... I agree with you, our defense this year is awful, but on the other hand we score goals. Beside the fact that Bonilla lost confidence at all, Henriquez, Najera, Calle all of them were very bad yesterday and even when we led 1-4 at the 80 minute, we couldn't secure our victory. Mineiro will be a tough task and if we'll play like this, they will kick our ass so hard. Osorio must bring 2-3 new players to change the defense a bit.
Bad news for us. Stefan Medina injured during the 1-1 vs. Itagui and for sure will miss the first match vs. Mineiro and almost for sure that he will miss the second leg as well...Too bad. Our best defender won't be vs. the best team in the competition, just after his good performance in Argentina I hope we'll manage without him and at least let's hope that he'll be ready for the playoffs.
I know, but this injury shouldn't be something that takes too long, he'll be out for a week, max two weeks. He'll be in Pekerman's 30-list.
Envigado. Won't be an easy one, mostly because we also have the Libertadores, but we are the favorites. Last time we played them, we suffered before won 2-3 in Polideportivo Sur. Neider, Jonathan, Rodas & Rangel are very dangerous (I saw their game yesterday vs. Petrolera) but their defense isn't that good.
Not that I recall, but anyway I don't think that he will play because I assume that Osorio will keepe him for Mineiro's games.
0-0 at the break, very good half from our boys who control the atch and had several of good options, but Mineiro's keeper, Victor, is excellent. Sherman and Bocanegra for me are the best players so far, hopefully we can manage to keep up and try to win this game and if it's possible, without receiving an away goal. Ronaldinho had 2-3 magic moments, but so far he doesn't influence so much. But still a huge CRACK!!

En Nacional le pusieron el par de huevos que le faltaban a Sherman para que se consagrara como lo gran jugador que es. Lastima que no acepto la 10 del Junior cuando G10 se fue. GRAN triunfo de Nacional... Minero no la va a tener nada facil en Belo Horizonte.

Ayer se jugó bien aunque es clara la deficiencia en el último cuarto de cancha. No hay delantera en Nacional. En realidad Mineiro, de acuerdo a lo visto ayer es Ronaldinho, Victor (Que HP Arquerazo) y 9 más. Nacional pudo haber metido 2 goles más, aunque Mineiro también tuvo opciones claras. Gracias a Dios Sherman metió ese golazo. Con todo y lo que el Atanasio es un estadio anticuado, mal equipado y con mantenimiento deficiente, no hay que negar que lleno se ve muy lindo. Ayer la gente estaba muy metida en el partido y se mostró un espectáculo bonito por parte de la hinchada.

I didn't like how he played with the NT but i do agree he has tremendous talent. I just don't get why other colombians are really disrespectful towards him even after his injury..ignorants.
