Haha I'm done with this ultimate team. I sold off my legends team, that had vieri, inzaghi, If del piero, pirlo and so forth. Had over a million, so decided to buy a mixed team which includes rvp, upgraded suarez, robben, Sif sneidjer, sweinsteiger, ramos, casillas and more. I then blew about 400k on the 5year anniversary bullcrap, as I got some decent freebies and thought for once maybe the lottery will be kind, except it wasn't. I got trolled lol. Never will I buy a pack again. Sooner spend £6 on 100k off eBay and build a superteam. So with the wc game out, I'll play that more as its improved gameplay wise. As for fifa14, decided to sell my team, coins that's left, around (500)k on eBay, and the game this weekend. Should be around 50-60pound better off.
I'm hoping to see Rivaldo and Roberto Carlos legend cards in next year's ultimate team. Unless ea has a party trick, they've missed a real marketing/profit coup,(with the wc round the corner), by not having the most famous of recent Brazilians available in Ronaldo, Cafu, Carlos, Rivaldo etc. I actually think I'd spend a fair whack of my wage on getting the coins to buy Rivaldo and a Carlos card.
I'll be looking to make this team during the market crash Maybe sprinkle in a few TOTS cards when the market stabilizes again and I sell the players off for a profit.
It's 1.8 million according to FutHead, but I think it's more around 1.6-1.7 million right now. I am hoping to get this whole team build for around 1.4-1.5 million which is about as much as I paid for my first Ibra team.
You probably missed it already, but since everyone was expecting the TOTS that came out today, they were selling off their more expensive players for cheaper. You buy those players now for cheap then wait a week or so and relist when their prices level.
I hope Rooney and Cahill won't be too much. I will want those two cards, but I will try to pick them up a few days prior to the EPL TOTS because I feel like that is when they will be at their lowest.
Hey @Stogey23 I wanna buy TOTS Gary Cahill, when would you suggest is the best time purchase him? On a side note, I've been going crazy purchasing Toures. I have like 10 of him now and about Suarezs. Suarez's 88 rated card was going well into the 100s a couple weeks ago but I bought them all for less than 80k and Toure normally goes for around 100k but I got him for less than 70k. What is causing the Toure/Surarez deals? As far as Cahill, maybe wait a week? I don't know, as happens every year, I've "checked out" of the trading mindset after TOTY.
There are just so many cards on the market right now. Yesterday there was around 2.5 million items on the transfer market. Right now there is just under 2 million so everyone's prices just plummeted although they are slowly rising again. Suarez has already risen 10k since yesterday and Hazard has actually jumped up around 40k.
Made a pretty OP BBVA team for the Max 3.5 star tourney. Neymar and Jese up top with Trochowski behind them. Miranda at CB, Courtois at GK, Casemiro at CDM and Ibra on the bench along with 6 sub-52 rated bronze players. I'm currently at the semi-final, which I couldn't find a game for last night. I won my first 4 games by a combined score of 24 -3 and Ibra had 12 goals. After each of my first two games, I got an odd disconnect and had to play the first round over.
